This program is for those who lead and those who aspire to.
Leadership doesn't begin with a title. It begins with how we see ourselves, how we see others, how we respond to uncertainty, and the choices we make when familiar answers are no longer enough.

Morning Batch
6:30 AM – 7:00 AM

Night Batch
9:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Beyond The Known (BTK) is a Conscious Leadership Journey for those who lead today and those who aspire to lead tomorrow.
For experienced leaders, it is an opportunity to look beyond the knowledge, habits and patterns that have shaped their success and discover what may now be limiting what is possible.
For aspiring leaders, it is an opportunity to explore a more fundamental question: What kind of leader do I want to become? Rather than unconsciously inheriting conventional models of authority, control and success, they begin consciously shaping how they want to lead.

The BTK Journey
Beyond The Known unfolds through three progressive experiences. Discovery is the doorway—a seven-day introduction to meditation, awareness and the three fundamental BTK shifts. Foundation deepens the journey through sustained practice, reflection and application, helping participants bring greater awareness into everyday life and leadership. Mastery takes the exploration further toward possibility-mindedness, interconnectedness, purpose and whole-system leadership. Each stage builds on experience rather than belief, enabling participants to practice, observe, discover and progressively integrate what they learn into how they live and lead.

The Program
Why Beyond The Known?
Beyond the Known strengthens the inner capabilities from which leadership is expressed. It begins not with another list of ideal leadership behaviors, but with the state and awareness of the person who must exercise those behaviors.
Inner shift | What changes within | Leadership expression |
|---|---|---|
RESTLESS → CALM | Less mental noise; stronger ability to return attention; greater recovery space | More composure, attention, listening and choice under pressure. |
CONDITIONED → POSSIBILITY-MINDED | Greater awareness of beliefs, assumptions and habitual interpretations. | More cognitive flexibility; ability to generate credible alternatives without abandoning evidence. |
SILOED → WHOLE-SYSTEM | Wider concern beyond self, role or function; greater perspective-taking and interdependence. | More empathy, enterprise thinking, purpose, service and contribution. |
One Simple
Practice at the Centre
The foundation practice is a simple natural-breath mindfulness meditation designed to make sustained practice possible.
Meditation is the development engine. Wisdom and books give language to the experience. Research helps illuminate plausible mechanisms Reflection and sharing deepen learning; and real-life application tests what is actually changing in life and leadership.

The Seven BTK Differentiators
Differentiator | Why it matters |
|---|---|
Simple Practice | One natural-breath meditation practice at the center - easy to begin, with no prerequisite belief system or complex technique. |
Ancient Wisdom × Modern Science | Buddha, Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali and Advaita are placed in dialogue with neuroscience, psychology and carefully bounded physics without claiming equivalence. |
Modern Inquiry | Neuroscience, psychology and relevant research used carefully; quantum concepts introduced with explicit scientific boundaries. |
Sustained Experience | Daily practice plus live/self-paced learning, reflection and sharing over weeks - not a one-day motivational event. |
Real-Life Application | Participants test change in pressure, emotions, relationships, choices, possibility, purpose, leadership and contribution. |
Practitioner-Led Origin | Designed and taught by corporate/entrepreneurial leaders who are also long-term meditation practitioners and teach from lived application. |
Experience Before Belief | Research explains; scripture illuminates; meditation lets the participant investigate; life and leadership provide the practical test. |
The Science Behind the Three Gifts

GIFT 1
Restless → Calm
Mindfulness research links meditation with changes in mind-wandering, attention and self-regulation. EEG studies report shifts in alpha and theta activity, varying by technique and study design. Research by Sara Lazar and colleagues has reported cortical-thickness and longitudinal gray-matter changes in regions involved in learning, memory and attention. For leaders, this can support attention, recovery and deliberate responses.

GIFT 2
From Conditioned → Possibility-Minded
Beliefs, interpretations and behaviours can become automatic, while responses become rehearsed. Meditation can strengthen meta-awareness— noticing thoughts, feelings and reactions as they arise—supporting attention and emotional regulation. Research has reported stress-related changes involving the amygdala and changes in hippocampal regions. Awareness can make patterns easier to recognise, question and reframe, creating room for new responses and possibilities.
Notice → Pause → Understand → Choose / Test → Repeat → Integrate

GIFT 3
From Siloed → Whole - System
Whole-system leadership calls for perspective-taking, empathy and systems thinking. Meditation can widen attention beyond self-reference, while wisdom traditions invite inquiry into interconnectedness. In Mastery, selected quantum-physics concepts are explored as scientific ideas and carefully bounded metaphors, encouraging possibilities, perspective and seeing organizations as interconnected systems.
RESEARCH is research. WISDOM is wisdom. EXPERIENCE is experience.
Ancient Wisdom × Modern Science × Personal Experience
A core Buddha-CEO competency within Beyond the Known is the deliberate integration of ancient Indian contemplative wisdom with modern scientific inquiry and direct personal practice. The intention is not to claim that scripture predicted neuroscience or quantum mechanics. It is to place different ways of knowing beside one another: ancient first-person inquiry, modern third-person research, and the participant's own meditation experience.

The Meditation Lineage: Ānāpānasati
BTK’s foundation is Ānāpānasati, the Buddha’s practice of mindful breathing, carried forward through the PSSM tradition and Brahmarshi Patriji’s teachings.
Many founders and senior practitioners associated with Buddha-CEO and BeSuperMind are deeply trained in this practice.

Bhagavad Gita: Yoga as Skill in Action
“Yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam” — Yoga is skill in action, bridging inner awareness with purposeful action.
BTK connects meditation with greater clarity, skilful leadership, growth and service.

Patanjali: Stilling the Fluctuations of Mind
“Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ” — Yoga is the stilling of the mind’s fluctuations.
BTK explores this timeless insight alongside modern understanding of attention, mind-wandering and self-regulation.

Patanjali's Eight-Limbed Path as a Transformation Map
Patanjali’s eight limbs offer a holistic path spanning conduct, self-discipline, breath, concentration and meditation.
BTK connects these principles with conscious leadership, self-governance and deeper awareness.

Advaita Vedanta and the Whole-System Inquiry
Advaita invites a deeper inquiry into the Self, identity and our experience of separateness.
BTK brings this inquiry into meditation and leadership, with quantum physics explored as a parallel lens.
Ancient wisdom gives a hypothesis. Modern science gives evidence and mechanisms where available. Meditation gives the laboratory. Life and leadership give the test.

The Journey Continues: BeSuperMind Practice & Learning Ecosystem
BTK is designed so that completion of Foundation or Mastery is not the end of the journey. Participants can continue meditation, learning and application through the BeSuperMind platform, programs offered from time to time in partnership with Buddha-CEO and other partners, and a growing library of meditation tracks and wisdom videos.
PROGRAM → PRACTICE → CONTINUED LEARNING → DEEPER IMMERSION → CONTRIBUTION

Standard Access During a BTK Program
Every participant who enrols in a BTK course receives BeSuperMind Standard access at no additional charge for the program experience. The participant can attend the enrolled course through the BeSuperMind app/platform and access courses and resources designated as FREE.

After Foundation or Mastery: Optional Premium Continuity
After the formal program ends, participants who want a structured environment for continuing practice and learning can move to a paid Premium subscription. This is optional and is not required to retain the learning from the completed BTK program.

Residential Deepening Opportunities
After completing any BTK program — including Discovery — participants may choose to attend residential programs for deeper practice, concentrated learning and community experience. These retreats are complementary opportunities, not compulsory steps in the BTK pathway. They are announced from time to time on BeSuperMind, with pricing varying by location, venue and dates.
Residential Program | Duration | Primary Focus |
|---|---|---|
BTK Beginner Meditation Retreat | 3 days | A deeper introduction to meditation and its practical application to health, growth and relationships. |
BTK Quantum Creation Retreat | 3 days | Meditation-led work on goals, intentions, beliefs, visualization, gratitude and the creation/manifestation process, presented with appropriate evidence boundaries. |
BTK Advanced Meditation Retreat | 5 days | Longer meditation practices, deeper inner exploration, inspirational case studies, interactions and advanced integration. |
Residential retreats are opportunities to go deeper — not prerequisites for Foundation, Mastery or continued practice.

From Leader Transformation to Organizational Impact
A leader who benefits from BTK may want to make meditation available to others in the organization. BeSuperMind can support two distinct organizational paths: BTK leadership programs for leaders/managers, and Quantum Excellence meditation programs for employees.

What Happens After Discovery?
If the participant is ready for sustained development, invite Foundation. If the participant is interested but not yet ready to make that decision - because they missed sessions, have not yet built continuity, or simply want more personal evidence - offer the free Bridge.
Ready -> Foundation | Interested but not ready -> Bridge

One-Line Description
A free 14-day continuation that keeps the Discovery practice going long enough to build continuity, notice benefits and make an unhurried decision about Foundation.

Program Description
Some people know after seven days that they want to go deeper. Others need more time. The Bridge exists for the second group.
Bridge is not another level of Beyond the Known and it is not a compressed Foundation course. It simply keeps the same natural-breath practice alive for another two weeks, while giving a little more time each day to practical wisdom. The aim is habit continuity and personal evidence.
A participant may choose Foundation during Bridge or after Day 14. There is no need to wait until the end if readiness becomes clear.

Research & Science Behind Discovery
Behavior change usually requires repetition and continuity. One week can create insight and motivation, but inconsistent practice can make it difficult to know whether meditation is genuinely useful. Bridge extends the practice window without increasing technical complexity.
BTK does not claim that 21 total days automatically creates a permanent habit. Habit formation varies greatly by person and behavior. The purpose of Bridge is more modest: reduce interruption, repeat the same practice, help participants notice their own experience and make the next decision with less pressure.

One-Line Description
Foundation builds greater inner stability and then helps you notice, understand and reframe recurring patterns in stress, beliefs, emotions, fears, speech and relationships.

Program Description
The journey has two movements. RESET focuses on the baseline state: calm, recovery, energy, sleep, mental wellbeing and the capacity to return to the present. REFRAME focuses on conditioning: beliefs, fear, emotional reactions, communication and relationship interpretations that can become automatic.
Meditation remains the daily engine. Science helps participants understand attention, stress, emotion regulation and learning. Wisdom from multiple sources provides broader frameworks. Activities, reflection and repeated application turn insight into something that can be tested in meetings, relationships, decisions and daily habits.

Research & Science Behind Foundation

Calm, Attention and the Brain
Mindfulness research has linked meditation with changes in DMN activity/connectivity and attention/self-regulation processes. EEG studies often report changes in alpha and theta activity during meditation. Structural work by Sara Lazar and others has reported cortical-thickness differences in experienced meditators and longitudinal gray-matter changes in areas involved in learning, memory and emotion regulation.
BTK presents these findings carefully: they support the idea that sustained practice can be associated with neuroplastic change, but they do not justify simple claims such as 'meditation increases the conscious brain' or that every participant will show the same structural change.

Stress, Amygdala and Hippocampal Findings
Longitudinal mindfulness studies have reported changes in amygdala gray-matter density correlated with reductions in perceived stress and increases in hippocampal gray-matter concentration after an 8-week mindfulness program. Rather than saying meditation 'shrinks fear' or 'expands memory,' BTK uses these findings to introduce a broader point: the adult brain remains plastic, and repeated mental practice can be associated with measurable change.

Beliefs, Behavior and Reprogramming
Beliefs and habitual behaviors are difficult to change because repeated interpretations and emotional responses become automatic. Meditation can strengthen meta-awareness: noticing a thought, emotion or urge before automatically acting from it. Knowledge then helps participants examine the interpretation, choose a different response and repeat it.
Awareness + New Understanding + New Choice + Repetition = Practical Repatterning
BTK therefore uses 'belief reprogramming' in a grounded sense. Meditation does not magically erase a belief. It can create the awareness and emotional space in which a participant recognizes a pattern; wisdom and learning provide alternatives; behavior and repetition give the alternative a chance to become more familiar.
